• Newly enrolling families are asked to make a non-refundable, 10% deposit upon enrollment.

  • 1折.5% will automatically be applied to tuition paid in full prior to July 15 (applicable only to students who do not receive any other tuition discounts).
• Two payments: 60% due July 15, 40% due Dec. 15
• Ten payments: 10 equal monthly installments due July 15–April 15 (non-refundable $225 one-time fee + tuition insurance required)

• A 学费退还计划 is available and provides a pro-rated refund for a 部分 of the year's tuition and boarding fee in the event of a withdrawal. A student must have attended more than 14 consecutive calendar days beginning with the student's first day of class attendance in the academic year. 的 fee to enroll in this program is based on a percentage of the total tuition cost.
• 1.5% of net tuition (required for 10-payment plan, strongly encouraged for one- and two-payment plans)

529年计划

的 state of Pennsylvania allows families to use 529 plans to pay for expenses for tuition in connection with enrollment or attendance at an elementary or secondary public, private or religious school up to $10,000元/年, 每一个受益人. 的 PA 529大学储蓄计划 allows families to process payments for K-12 expenses as they would expenses for higher education.

Families seeking financial aid should complete the 申请经济资助 process concurrently with the admissions process.

背阴面使用 清晰 经济援助平台. Please submit the application between November 1 and the deadline, 1月1日. Shady Side typically receives financial aid applications that exceed the Academy’s available resources. Applications received after 1月1日 will be reviewed and awards granted contingent on the availability of funds.

Financial aid is awarded to applicants who are highly qualified and will maximize their Shady Side experience to become students who think expansively, 道德行事，负责任领导. In order to receive financial assistance from SSA, students must be citizens of the United States or Canada. Financial aid applications are not reviewed for those applicants who do not complete the admissions process. Awards are not granted at the JPK level.
